Ideally teams comprise individuals with complementary skill sets working toward a common purpose who hold themselves mutually accountable.
It takes time and commitment to work in service of each other and the team goals. Many aspects of the environment need nurturing to empower team members to be at their best in service of a common goal. The process of knowing the landscape, the players, and their potential to support each other is often neglected due to short-term demands and goals.
I work with new and established teams who want to be energised and have the opportunity to open up to each other with reflections, ideas and insights that create better options for working together. I collaborate with other coaches depending on the assignment and team size.
The process of team coaching spans at least 6 weeks and can be tailored to suit the team's timetable. There are questionnaires and interviews in advance of the team sessions. The team comes together for a whole day session and a series of 3 or 4 shorter sessions.
