The first step is to have a discovery meeting to introduce ourselves, identify your key areas for exploration, clarify my coaching approach, and establish a willingness to work together.
We will agree the practicalities of time, location and frequency to suit your needs. I hold coaching sessions in person in London mainly, or online, to suit your needs. A coaching programme typically comprises 6 sessions of 75-90 minutes each.
